Governing law

This raffle is conducted pursuant to California Penal Code §320.5 and applicable regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase. Employees, board members, and their immediate household members are not eligible to win.

Tickets

Tickets are sold through the designated payment portal. All sales are final; no refunds. Ticket purchases are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions.

Drawing

The winning ticket will be drawn on November 11, 2026 at the 4th Annual Homeward Bound Veterans Gala (Laguna Hills, California). Attendance is not required to win. Odds of winning depend on the total number of tickets sold.

Prize

One (1) 1972 Plymouth Road Runner, awarded “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, registration, licensing, insurance, title transfer fees, and delivery/transport costs.

Tax withholding

Federal tax withholding of 24% of the prize's fair market value (less the ticket cost) must be remitted by the winner to the Sponsor before transfer of title or possession. If the winner fails to complete the required steps within thirty (30) days of notification, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn.
