About us
Support our veterans
Homeward Bound Veterans provides safe, stable transitional housing and structured support for veterans rebuilding their lives.
Stability · Dignity · A path home
We envision a nation where no veteran faces homelessness, isolation, or instability alone. We are building a replicable network of structured transitional homes — Pathfinder Houses — in every community with demonstrated need, ensuring that every veteran who served our country has a clear path back to stability, dignity, and independence.
Why we exist
Veteran suicide is preventable
We believe immediate stability, connection, and support are essential to saving lives. That's why we meet urgent needs first — access to housing, coordination with detox and treatment providers, food, clothing, and documentation — before anything else.
From there, each veteran gets hands-on help: healthcare access, family reconnection, employment and education guidance, and permanent-housing placement, with personalized assistance for up to twelve months.

Our core values
What we stand for

Service
We exist to serve those who served. Every decision starts with the veteran.

Camaraderie
Veteran-to-veteran connection builds the trust and accountability that civilian-led programs cannot replicate.

Respect
Every veteran is treated with the dignity their service earned, regardless of circumstances.

Accountability
Structured living, daily routines, and honest peer engagement create the foundation for lasting change.

Transparency
Governance, finances, and outcomes are open, measurable, and reality-based.
