We listen and assess
A veteran talks with you about your situation: housing, health, documents, benefits. If we're not the right fit, we connect you with someone who is.
We act now
Urgent needs come first — a safe bed, food, clothing, coordination with detox or treatment if needed. Outcomes come later; action comes now.
We walk the road with you
Case management, VA paperwork, employment guidance, and up to twelve months of support toward permanent housing.
Who's eligible?
Veterans who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and ready for a structured, substance-free living environment. Our Pathfinder Houses are transitional housing — not clinical treatment — with a strict no-alcohol policy, house monitors, and daily structure. If clinical care is what you need first, we'll help coordinate detox or treatment and stay in your corner.
