Supporting those who served
Advocates are the front line: they meet veterans one-on-one, assess needs, and connect them with services — often as the first friendly face in a very hard week.
- Local meet & greet with veterans
- Personal communication & support
- Introduce HBVets programs
- Assess immediate needs
- Provide transportation to local services
- Offer a first 24-hour buddy system
